Scotland hosted the 2nd ICC World T20 qualifier on July 9th 2015 between Afghanistan and Netherlands. The match was be played at Grange Cricket Club Ground in Edinburgh. Lemar broadcasted the match starting at 5:00 PM.
Analysts had predicted that Afghanistan had the upper hand in the match as they had played in various international tournaments in the past few months. In addition, they had also participated in the ICC World Cup in 2015 in which Australia came out as the champions. Although they lost in the World Cup, they won the hearts of millions of cricket fans with their passionate play and love for the game. In total, Afghanistan has taken part in 25 T20 matches in which they have 12 and lost 13.
Although Netherlands have been in the cricketing picture for several decades and have given the sport some high-quality cricketers, they have not made much noise in recent years. As such, Netherlands is looking to make a mark in international cricket and are currently on a three game winning streak.
